At Linen Savers, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs. To ensure a smooth and fair return process, we encourage customers to consult with us before initiating a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within our 7-day return window, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once this period has passed. Please note that a 15% handling fee will be applied to all returned or cancelled items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- A refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, excluding shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to damage or defects.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be free from any signs of use, such as scratches, missing components, or dirt (e.g., on tires, armrests, etc.).
- For in-store purchases, items must be returned within 7 days from the purchase date with the receipt for a refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Open-box items
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior notice or approval
- Capital equipment items
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
- We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Clearance (Scratch and Dent) Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, clearance or discounted items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@linensavers.co.za.

Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless Linen Savers made an error with the order. Please ensure that you follow the shipping instructions provided with your Return Authorization number.
For your protection, we strongly recommend insuring your return shipment to cover any potential loss or damage during shipping.
Cancelled Orders on Capital Goods
Capital equipment (items with a serial number) carries a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please note that cancelled orders or incorrect orders will incur a 15% handling fee.
Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to prices and products at any time due to market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors. Linen Savers is not responsible for manufacturer price changes that may occur without prior notice.
